Redskisn defeat Steelers 17-13

First of all, I must apologize for the slowness of this site. I am working on getting a few fellow die-hards to help me maintain it, but as of now its just me. Let's do a quick rundown of Saturday's pre-season game against the Steelers.

Jason Campbell: can't say I'm too impressed, Todd Collins has played far better than him for these first two games. And with Colt Brennan throwing and interception in each of the first two preseason games, I think its safe to say Collins has his 2nd string spot secured. While we're on the topic of QB's I think Chase Daniel desreves a mention. Two touchdown passes in his NFL debut. Not bad, he's looking like Brennan did during the preseason last year.

Wide Recievers: Marko Mitchell definitely has started to make a name for himself. He led the offense with 3 catches for 21 yards and recieved Chase Daniel's first TD pass. Keith Eloi also played well on Saturday.

This is just a short rundown of my opinions of the game and the team. Next week you can expect a more in-depth evaluation, as the starters will be playing the entire first half. I will continue to do my best to keep new posts coming, and I'm still working on the interviews. So look out for those soon.

Oh and did anyone else hear Randy Thomas' interview with Comcast? I thought it was quite funny. When it was mentioned that he was the only one who didn't lose weight on the O-line, he replied that they were all fat and he didn't need to. "I'm 305!"
